Final preparations are well advanced for the 104th annual Nimbin Country Show, 21st–22nd September. If you haven’t picked up a copy of the program yet, you’d better be quick. Copies are available at many shops and businesses in Nimbin and Lismore, as well as online here: nimbinshowsociety.org.au and scroll down to the 2024 Show link.
The committee is pleased to announce that admission to the show is free again in 2024. Here’s a taste of this year’s attractions:

- Novice whip cracking, talent quest – Sunday
- Dog high jump – Sunday
- Classic Car Display – Sunday
As a small volunteer organisation, we rely on the support of the community to make each show a success and there are a variety of ways to show that support. Whether entering to compete in any of the animal and pavilion classes, donating your time for grounds preparation, or volunteering on the show days themselves, all volunteers and support are welcome. All art and craft and non-perishable items for judging are due on Friday 20th September, 7.30am–10am. We look forward to welcoming you to the 2024 Nimbin Annual Country Show.
Camping
There is no camping available at the showgrounds from Monday 16th to Monday 23rd September, while we prep for and pack down from the Show. Camping rates and availability often change during significant events. During this year’s Roots Festival (25–27th October), camping (only) fees are $30 per person, per night.
